WE MUST HAVE YOUR SERIAL NUMBER OFF THE TOP PART OF THE LIFT BEFORE ORDERING THIS. THE SERIAL NUMBER IS LOCATED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE MOTOR HOUSING ON A STICKER ON THE END. The Serial number is found here....

Yes, however if you have a corded unit or in wall switch system you can plug it into #2 port and operate manually if you lose the Wireless.
