Model 32 provides more platform space and capacity for larger storage demands.  The 32 is 12" taller and can carry up to 250 lbs.  The Model 24 is rated at 200 lbs.  The opening for the Model 24 is 22.5" W x 46.5" L and requires 4' of headroom whereas the Model 32 is 30.5" W x 58.5" L and requires 60" of headroom.  The Model 32 can be cut down for additional fee if you have a headroom issue.  The Model 24 is available in a 3' high model at no additional cost for some of the lower "ranch style" attics.
