Cynergy Corporation also DBA Versalift Systems Privacy Notice & Returns Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2024.
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. UNFORTUNATELY MOST RETURNS ARE THE RESULT OF THE HOMEOWNER OR BUILDER MEASURING INCORRECTLY FOR THE FLOOR TO FLOOR DISTANCE OR HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT (405) 516 2412 AND WE WILL ASSIST YOU AS MUCH AS WE CAN. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING OUT TO YOU AS WELL AS THE SHIPPING BACK TO FACTORY. FOR AN ATTIC LIFT, THIS IS USUALLY AROUND $350-$400 FOR MODEL 24's AND $450-500 FOR MODEL 32's EACH WAY. THUS YOUR COST TO RETURN A UNIT OR REPLACE COULD RUN AS MUCH AS $1,000.00 PLUS 20% RESTOCKING FEES.
SWAP OUTS: IF YOU HAVE MIS-MEASURED AND DISCOVERED THE MODEL 32 WILL NOT FIT AND WISH TO TRADE IT FOR A MODEL 24, THE RETURN SHIPPING FOR THE MODEL 24 IS AT NO COST IF WE ARE OFFERING FREE SHIPPING DURING THAT TIME.
WE CANNOT TAKE RETURNS IF A BOX HAS BEEN OPENED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SEND US PHOTOS AND RECEIVE A RMA NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURN. YOU SHOULD INSURE THE SHIPMENT PRIOR TO RETURN, SINCE YOU AS SHIPPER ARE LIABLE FOR RETURN DAMAGES. ALSO IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU REMOVE ANY EXISTING LABELS OR UPS WILL BRING THE BOXES BACK TO YOU AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A SECOND TIME FOR THE SHIPMENT. FOR SWAP OUTS FOR THE CORRECT SIZE OF UNIT, ONCE WE RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT AND INSPECT IT, YOU WILL BE CREDITED FOR THE LIFT IF THERE IS A DIFFERENCE LESS THE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS, RESTOCKING, AND DAMAGE INCURRED TO THE UNIT.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@cynergymail.com. If your return is accepted, you may have two options: 1. Insure and ship back to us 2. Call and receive an RMA # and we will prepare a return shipment which you will be charged for as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@cynergymail.com or call us at 405 516 2412.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. DO NOT REFUSE shipment. Open the boxes and inspect for any damage, send us pictures and call us. If anything is damaged, we will replace at no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items removed from boxes cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method LESS THE SHIPPING OUT AND BACK, RESTOCKING AND ANY DAMAGES. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
WHAT DOES RESTOCKING MEAN?
Once we receive your lift we have to put it back through the (QCP) Quality Control Process to test and insure no damage has taken place during shipping and all parts and pieces are intact and available. Then we have to re-box in new boxes in order to sell to a new customer and insure it is in perfect working order and retains the 3 year warranty for the new customer.
